Xenos aren't xenophobic enough at all. They just put themselves and their "boys" first.

If there's a chance that liberty actually takes their way of thinking things would still be exported, but only if it benefits "homeboys" alot.

Kusari is xenophobic on other grounds, no need to "chalk it up" to anyone being a dick, it's a fact.

Xenos hate you because you are you, foreign'r
Kusari dislike you because you might bring change and unbalance things
