The true xenophobics in Kusari are not the house, nor the civilians etc. In terms of actual organizations, then you can pretty much count just the Hogosha/AFA. Of course, the both of them are extremely small organizations...

I doubt that. It is in education and mentality, which is often formed by the leading goverment or costums. Back in Isolation times, not only shoguns were afraid of foreign influence but people themselves too. Now you can simply see it about farmer alliance, those people are from lower social surroundings.

You can see the blood dragons. Opposing samura, they still do not like outlanders (spacers?)


Xenos as terrorists. Now Kusari ain't terrorists. But the beliefs are similiar. Alltought Kusari is more culture orrantied, xenos are more economical orrantied. To save jobs for native people. And not being pushed out by foreign buissnes.
