In the interests of saving time and avoiding a lot of boring chit-chat later, my name is Evangaline Jones, you can call me "Eva". I'm you're new Underboss today.
And this is Crime Boss Sylpheed. Sylpheed runs the Liberty Rogues, so unfortunately, he's far to busy to deal with you.
I am a bored... Gunboat captain with a short temper. I am also the only Underboss currently to be held here against her will. But not to worry, because luckily for the most of you, this roll call could be done by a monkey with a pen and paper.
Speaking of which, if I find you particularly annoying, you may see me reach for these: these are pharamceuticals. They're mine, and you can't have any. And no, I don't have a drug problem, I have a pain problem. But who knows, maybe I'm wrong. Maybe I'm too stoned to tell.
