Formal Agreement between the Zoner Ore Extraction and the Temporary Autonomous Zoners
Zoner Ore Extraction Inc. will be henceforth referred to as (the) ZoE.
The Temporary Autonomous Zoners will be henceforth referred to as (the) TAZ.

The ZoE and the LH hereby agree as follows:
Article 1 Services:The ZoE shall provide assistance in the mining of the precious crystal required to manufacture Pineal Amulets. The ZoE shall also provide other materials needed by the TAZ as they need them. These materials include but are not limited to the ore that is required to make Pineal Amulets and the ore needed to manufacture the ships the TAZ manufacture.

The TAZ shall provide airspace above Shasta Orbital Skyhook in orbit over the Goddess Geode for the position of the ZoE Base Ship, The Klondike. The ZoE will be considered and treated as a subdivision of the TAZ while remaining an autonomous division capable of forging its own alliances independent of TAZ intervention. The TAZ Administrator (Currently Doctor John Henry Holliday) shall have a position equal to the three leaders of the ZoE (Currently Claroke Goldenton, Eric Goldsteen, and Chester Copperton) and will be able to, if he so wishes, take place in the discussions and decision making.

Article 2 Duration: This contract/agreement shall continue indefinably until both sides decide it is best to terminate it.
