I appreciate the treaty submission. I must admit, I'm a bit ignorant about the whole ZoE thing as I gave the go ahead to some of my trusted TAZ folk to go forth with the project. I do like what I'm reading.

I would like to speak to my diplomatic Aid, Mr. Xavier Triton, who has had a hand in this if I'm not mistaken. If it is possible, I would like to chat via SKYPE frequencies if possible as well. Please, give me a few days to go over things with my own people. At this point, I don't see any major obstacles.
