Second thought: This is pretty much a slap in the face to the order, saying "Sorry guys, you didnt do your job, now the BHG has nomad tech on their ships" -_-

I think someone is anxious that maybe something positive may actually happen to the BHG for once.

Also, following your line of thought:

- BAF needs to be slapped, they didn't stop the KNF from invading.
- LPI should be slapped, there are still criminals in Liberty
- Mollies should be slapped, the BMM is running off with their gold
- LN needs to be slapped, the RM is rapping on the texas door every day.
- Blood Dragons should be slapped, the Kusari government is still not overthrown
- OC and Sairs should be slapped: they STILL haven't finished the other side off.

etc etc.

Don't confuse rp with personal hatred plox.

I'd liek to see the BHG shipline SLOWLY transforming into nomad infused, streamlined ships.

Not just from 1 day to the other, but a slow evolving process.

edit: I just realised what this design reminds me off. It looks a lot like the Neucom ships from Ace Combat 3. Namely the Delphinus II:
