This came up to me after having a conversation with Ivan. Seems we have diffrent pointsof view about this. And seems it triggered me to know "what community thinks".

So here I make a pool. If there is no correct answer please select other and explain what it is then.

Seems the poll thing haven't worked so gonna ask manualy, they are a:

1. House much likely like the other ones.
2. Underdeveloped house
3. Criminal organisation
4. Bunch of pirates.

Or something else ?
