What does "Ou Dessy" mean? This still doesn't answer the question as to who can legitimately purchase the Nomad ships. If they can be purchase on neutral bases, anyone should be able to purchase them.

Oh great so lets get rid of RP altogether and start flying any ship we want, great stuff.
