Remove Hegemon

So, because lulwuts fly solo, I, a perfectly responsible solo Hegemon, should suffer. My Hegemon character has a defined personality and a background (and could probably be considered a more in-depth character than most, if not all, of the group miners in Dublin), and regardless of these facts he should produce less than a pack of lulwutting Hegemons and Trains. We come up with so many 'great' ideas that look excellent on paper at a glance but have holes like the proverbial Swiss cheese, which then become evident once implemented. Then we cover up and explain away the holes. Group mining making more is fine with me, but I shouldn't be screwed out of profits because I have a higher standard than the miners around me.

I was being the devil's advocate. I think we should just buff group mining, so that more people do that. Enough of this bloody nerfing, no one likes nerfs unless they're cut up into medallions and roasted, with a light sauce. More buffs. '_'

That way, we give incentives to work with other people, while letting solo miners continue merrily along, which is as it should be.
