I feel the need to mention this even though I wasn't because rules were violated on both sides. BUT I was trading with my tagged IG trader last night and was attacked by RM Baltic which I laughed and tried to run no biggie I was transporting artifacts which apperently are illegal or something :rtfm: . Well a player started attacking baltic at the SIG-13 jumphole when he saw him attack me and I guess a fight ensued.( I kept trading) well the guy Cardamine didn't issue a warning (1st violation) and I told him about it after this whole incident subsided. He is kind of new to this server and didn't know, but now he does I made sure. The thing that got me was Baltic kept F1-ing out of the fight and rejoining. Maybe I'm wrong but I see that as cheating. Eventually Cardamine got tired of it and left but not before a hot argument ensued and I had to take Cardamines side, yes he was at fault for not identifing his actions (which I found out at the end of the argument) but he saw a transport getting attacked I guess he was being nice. Anyway I see F1-ing out of a fight and coming back in as a much worse violation. If your in a fight either take it or fight back. Now a transport to cruiser I see as unfair and I would run and depending on carge F-1 to save it, but I wouldn't F-1 in a cruiser on cruiser battle or fighter on fighter or whatever. Trading is one thing and in the circumstances if I had got blown up with cargo it would have been no big deal for me i got enough money to cover it. well now that ends my long winded run-on of a speech.
