Actually Hood, economics 101, war + economy = good

There are one or two little African countries who may argue that point. Pure economics never quite actually
come close to the truth. Really the only prosperity comes with the advancement of science, which of course
equates to better and more efficient armaments to be sold to the highest bidders later ...
War kills lots of people, wastes money by the bucket load, and pulls economies down ... But I digress.
I still like the idea of exploiting resources here though, in an effort to move any economy along, not just those
who are on hostile standing with others. Everyone should get the chance ...
