u dont really need it. once i had a test thing on my own server with supernova. (back in 4.82) we had equal ships (nomad battleship) except he had armor upgrade MK8 and i had none. I beat him twice in a row without dying, getting repaired, or b/b. they give you an edge but in the case of that armor upgrade. just get the regular one.

First of all, that's supernova. Anyone can beat him...

Mk. 8 normal armor only times the armor by 2.5
