I have never mined diamonds or stolen them from Daumann, and even if I did, those are found in Omega 11, which is not covered by this treaty and therefore unimportant. I have not been in the south side of Omega 7 for a week. Your survey drone was shot down because it was in our side of the system and refused to leave.

Your Adlers have been actively attacking IMG and, I hear, Colonial ships. They have done nothing but promote treaty violations and are on the brink of starting a war, which is something I am actively trying to avoid. I have talked with very, VERY angry IMG leaders and managed to buy some time for the treaty, but if things do not change soon the Adlers will provoke an all-out war. This is my warning, and it is not a threat, mein herr.

If the Adler issue remains, the treaty will be dissolved, and war will start once more.

You do the math. This personal vendetta you fools seem to hold against me is doing nothing but push the issue into a full-scale conflict, when I have repented of my past wrongs and tried to move away from turning the system I call home into a meat grinder.

OPS team who arrived secretly into O7 started hmmm.... not friendly actions on our area. They made mining operations on our errr... Daumann fields (My soul at the company yet) and stole Daumann ores. Daumann warned him multiple time and noted all time their unlawful actions hurt the agreement beteen Daumann and IMG. Gott know how many time gave him warnings before the very 1st shooting happened. All answer is a big laughing and 'you pig' into Daumann's faces.

Daumann asked clearance from IMG and =CR=. You are the only who know why, but both of you declared him as thief and a person who broke Rheinland law and Daumann need handle him like this, a criminal. Daumann made stepps and called Adler against OMS. Adler hunt down lawfully, and now Zane try to hide behind the paktum but wont work. Mining on Daumann area without permission is clearly against Rheinland law. You said you did it in Omega 11 system too, what is clearly Daumann area. You are guilty. And that doesn't matter how we catch you in Omega 7. Your words clearly show, you dont want real good relation with DHC- just wanna protection from larger teams in the area. Mining in Omega 11 is important. At least to Daumann. Paktum dont mean you cant be harmed in Omega 7 if you made unlawful actions in Omega 11.

About drone. The timestams clearly show to everyone, Zane shoot out BEFORE he joined the paktum. He dont had any authorisation asting in the name of pactum, actually he was against the paktum at that time. And the protocol is - as I know - asking permission form peace keepers, at this moment =CR=, or just note them and showing evidence. Zane destruct the drone and it was a vigilante action. Maybe it is OK in Tau systems but not there where Rheinland is living. Zane not a judge, noone gave him permission for this action.

Daumann marked the problem with Zane to =CR= and Daumann marked in time how an Adler named team will coming. Politus said he is happy and wanna see them in Omega 7 as soon as possible. We entered but as soon as we was there we faced hostility from =CR= side. The very 1st time we went against a larger and stronger group hessian, but =CR= blocked our action, so the hessians escaped. We asked multiple times why. I know =CR= dont really want helping to Daumann against hessians because IMG have better relations with these criminals. But they must know, Daumann most hated enemy is the Red Hessian, and they have and their licensed contractors have permission kill on sight all. With this action =CR= clearly helped to hessians, what is hmmmm strange from a "neutral party" as they define themselves.

Again against Rheinland law, protecting a criminal, like Zane. Sadly both =CR= and IMG leadership did it. Another note, clearly not a friendly stepp, inviting Zane to the pactum without asking Daumann and Rheinland Government. Daumann dont want to make agreement with criminals. Government dont wanna make contract with criminals. But if everyone, I mean from lawful side can join, banning out Kruger who liked to join again not a friendly step. I understand this, IMG and Kruger have same mining area.

About personal vendetta. Not really. True we dont like you. And we dont like your members tone on neural net's message and in meetings in Rheinland territory. But it a low reason shooting you. Adler all time worked for Daumann interests, now how =CR= forced Daumann lowering the strong relations, we searched new sponsors. Sadly you not hurt only Daumann but other groups in past, and they was happy when they saw your screaming and crying against Adler. They searched me privately, true they not so rich and can't pay so much, but because your behavior not kind, and because the Daumann sourche is almost zero now, we accepted the low money too.

Finally: =CR= dont have authorisation teling to Daumann who can be his business partner or subcontractor. Noone can tell this. This against capitalizm and "Free Market" ideology and harm to business and lower the profits. If [RM] ask kindly, and offer reparation, Daumann will think about it of course, but you are there keep up the law and paktum, not for change the economical ideas and things. You are not judge or the Rheinland Government, just a servant, who serve the law and paktum. This clearly harm to Daumann, which invested a huge sum into Adler. Of course if =CR= pay out to Daumann the all losses that is another story.

And finally, Adler not under Daumann controll, like was in the start. Thanks to =CR= it changed, now Adler just a business partner with DHC-. If DHC- withdraw our license, that dont mean we will leave the area, it mean we can shoot out Daumann miners too if someone pay to us, but hmmm Im sure Daumann dont really want this (and we dont really want this too. We just want working for Rheinland lawful corporations and help them against unlawfuls and reach their goals. We never accept jobs from criminals), so they will do all, how they keep us in their payment list. I am sure you figure out why.

Last words: Now how you realized (I hope at least) how "Adler's problem" not solve only with kicking Daumann, better if you turn to Adlers with your "askings". If something not clear I try to spelling next time.
