To all those that are present I see and agree that it is time that the IMG and DHC have a nuetral ground in Omega 7 as I was once a part of the miners long ago there and found that the Hessians and DHC faught for their own mining rights.

As I see things though I do have a few things I would like to state. The Treaty is well thought out and talked over so much that it seems a fine tooth comb was run through many times over.

How ever as the poor Captain Blackwidow has state there are those such as him that does not like the freedom of DHC and IMG to mine on their own sides.

As I have found that Captain Black Widow did attack and was killed by a offical IMG| member, as I did see also Captain Black Widow be very demanding to another IMG ship that is like I a Independent miner in his own sector. Asking for money or Cargo when the treaty states that no one will enter the others sector of Omega 7.

As a independent Miner and owner of a IMG Battle Cruiser I did watch as Captain IMG|Melfina.Kuriz lawfully attack and destroy Black Widows memeber red.13 in IMG space of Omega 7.

So it is clear that Captain Widow does not like this treaty because it lessens his space to lawfully pirate anyone he demeans worthy.

I would say that a motion of my opinion be strucken to remove captain Black Widow from all Rheinland and from Sirius if possible. Or even perhaps with this treat at hand for it to continue to be a peace treaty it would be in the best interest of both side to have Captain Black Widow removed from Sirius for good.

As in the past it is to my understanding sirs that He has cause many other uprisings and helped break many other treaties for his own benefit. And again in my opinion if this treaty is to continue Ladies and Gentlemen People with a aptitude vengence is not a like handed thing to have in the presence of any company for employment.

IF captain Black Widow is to fallow this treat and his part of this grand sceme of robbing others except his own. Then I would say as his attempts have failed due to lack of bomber/fighter tactics then it seems that it would best be suited in my opinion that Captain Black be fined jailed and ship placed in the scrap yard near bestile. Because with out the removal of him this treaty will not stand long if at all.
