where can ya find these capital NPC missions?
( I remember that delta had some at the Freeport )

Omega 15 and Delta have BHG missions and Alpha has Outcast missions against Sair ossies.

Liberty lawful stations can give missions against Rogue gunboats.

Xenos in Kepler/Hudson, Sairs and Gamma, Outcast in Alpha have missions against BHG destroyers,


Might be more, but I'm not sure
