The Many awesome Models that Dart Striker made?

Ok, im just being a little confused, I had NO idea that the IMG and the CR needed new ships, heck I thought they got new ones just the other update? o.O

Ok.. Sorry.. Don't mean to Q.Q and all, just curious.

just because a thread is made on these forums, doesnt necessarily mean the models were completed and submitted. Dartstriker's civilian SHF was never submitted, nor was the lib carrier replacement model he made (thought that is too good of a model to waste, ive got some plans for it). the medical frigate was not submitted either, and i dont think jinx has skinned the AI ship revisions yet. replacement models had enough time to get everything done and submitted, i made it kinda clear in the announcement 2 odd weeks ago..

also, most of the models listed are updated meshes for previous models, but yes, there -are- a few new ones.

I've noticed that there are like 5 modelers who's stuff is actually getting in game... so I assume the other 10's stuff was never submitted or got denied ...

im sorry, is that a rhetorical question? because you answered yourself there i'd say.

the deadline for new models is gone, so chances of your model being included would be somewhat slim. furthermore, there is a quality control in place as well, if peoples' models fail to meet the basic requirements (which i listed in the first post), they will not be getting in.

Dont confuse this with base models, however. Structures, base components, etc. submissions are still open, provided they all meet the requirements regarding the quality control.
