Every faction bare Gaians that has a gunboat also has own turrets. So if those factions sell their GB to someone, they'll most likely also sell it with turrets no?
There aren't many "generic" GBs, maybe, just maybe the Kusari Explorer is... yet since it's "kusari" explorer it should probably come with kusari gb turrets?

As to the zoner gb turrets stats, they are a left-over coming from the time when Zoner GB only had four turrets.
