You sure you're not starting a Unione Corse faction? Because if you were, you should pm me, I might be interested.

Anyhow, pretty nice overall. Though there are a couple of things that I disagree with.

No, that's not good enough. The Unione Corse are about much, much more than simply smuggling. The Corse are organised criminals. They are involved in piracy, smuggling, hired killing, forging, counterfeiting, extortion, protection, prostitution, people trafficking, drug production and distribution, kidnapping and abduction, money lending, money laundering, intimidation, coercion, bribery, blackmail, theft, fraud and murder, to name just a few.

The diplomacy is... strange. First off, the Junkers should not be listed as hostile, far from it. The only real hostility ended several decades ago, when the Corse took Bourbon Base. Relations have been fairly reasonable since then. The Corse supply Monte Carlo Freeport with plentiful NOX, for instance. Also, I'm not sure why especially friendly with the Gaians. The only rumour I've seen regarding the Corse and the Gaians was a Gaian blaming the Corse for the Glendale massacre, implying that the Corse may have sold the location of the Lewis passage to the Gallic government. Of course, a bar rumour is not to be trusted for its accuracy.

Relations with other factions as a whole is a lot more complex than the somewhat simplistic friendly/neural/hostile system, a lot depends on the indivual and the circumstances of their meeting. A Gallic corporation ship could be a target for criminality if caught in a favourable location, or not. A Junker may be attacked if caught carrying the rival drug cardamine, or assisted if carrying NOX or something else the Corse profits from. One Corse leader might choose to distance themselves somewhat with the Maquis, while another may choose to co-operate more closely. The police might be an immediate threat, or a useful tool, depending on the situation. Foreigners might be treated any number of ways.

It should be clear that there is no one leader of the Unione Corse, but rather the heads of many individual families, the more influential of which would likely meet from time to time to discuss wider issues and plan more overall strategy.

The rest is just mostly personal preference on how to run a group of people, I'd prefer not to have unnecessary restrictions on what ships you cannot use, or more than one or two ranks, or a singular leader, none of which affects the overall RP, but can make a group more enjoyable to be a part of.
