Alot of powerplay is harmful, then there is also metagaming. The two work together to cause alot of trouble.
People know the Aoi Iseijin are infected out of roleplay, but in roleplay, no one knows.
Sending a transmission claiming the KNF on the Arch are infected, would be very harmful. And infact would be moderated and the person would be warned.
Telling a Phantom that their leaders are another race would be Powergaming, because neither you nor the Phantom knows that, and it would be harmful in RP. Most Phantoms don't know what their true leaders are.
Reading about the Order|'s plans to covertly inspect something in a far off system, then showing up with some BHG to deliberately mess it up is strong metagaming.
Telling someone that there is a transmission waiting for them, is not. It's just wording it odd.
