In Newcastle you get OC missions against BH Dessies from time to time, and BS Yamaguchi offers missions aginst Molly GB's.
BS Schwerin in Omega 15 also offers RM missions against sair ossies. I've also looked for caps missions in Lolberty, bot so far... Nothing.
