This is same reason everyone runs to freelancer ID. So they can all run and dock anywhere after they are caught doing something. It is a broken system that needs fixing.
This will be the last i speak on this. Will deal with it in game with RP, and screens like mentioned. Not that i think it will do anything.
Cool story bro. The RP decisions you decide to impose on the trigger happy snubshooting navy DREADNOUGHT that you play is your prerogative and not something to be imposed on EVERYONE else on EVERY other ship for EVERY other situation in EVERY RP situation EVER. By no means should anyone be required to follow your example (though the option to is fine).
RP, or roleplaying, is simply the acting out of a character's role. If I choose to play a brain deficient dreadnought captain that likes to jump into snubfights and open up with primaries without so much as a word, and I name him Derpy Mc Derpypants - you have absolutely no right to say that playing Derpy Mc Derpypants is not RP.
Now that being said. BDM ships have instructions to not dock on Junker bases. Please give us the screenshots of said docking (especially the dockings on rogue bases - which is rather impossible due to the rephack on an MND ID). Accusations of this nature require evidence or it is nothing more than slander.
