For example [RM]'s RP - there no direct information about enemy hiden base, therefore, they cant'be monitored, and no patrols are send there. Even after enemy leaded puruit forces to base, nothing probably happen. Same should go to LN.
However, if you see, that enemy docked on Junker base, screen, send report to administration of this base, with warnings and notifications. Your part is done.
