I'd suggest that you make a "cautious" segment for different factions. For the simple reason that some factions might be questionable to the SG and they may not want to get close to them for fear of being chased down or what not. If you're going to be using Slave Liners, it's going to be painfully obvious what you're doing and the Navies and other factions who don't like Slavers will chase you down.
