Removal of Redundant, over wordy rules - self explanatory

Removal of Cruise Drain - Never voted on, never even given a thought toward what the community would think of it

So lolcaps can cruise up and insta-pew people, or bombers can drop out of cruise and launch Nova torps at you from 10k away? (I did the math. It's possible.)

A ban on Invite-Only factions - harms RP, promotes -group- mind instead of -individual-

There aren't any invite-only factions. You just have to ask and get guidance on how to get in, even for Das Wilde. Heck, the Keepers and Phantoms opened recruitment aaaaages ago.

Fix Cap/Bomber balance - Make it more realistic, 4 bombers per BS, 2-3 per Cruiser, 1-2 per Gunboat

Would be nice. Should also make full-Solaris untenable somehow.

all in all the conclusion is that disco doesn't need antagonist factions, it doesn't need phantoms, it doesn't need nomads, it doesn't need coalition and it doesn't need many other things, no AIs, the game is hijacked by morons to confuse the game with their dickwaving generic competition games mixed up with troll-of-the-day.
