Rogues can pirate outcast now eh ?

It's a good legitimate question.

Here is the official Rogue standing on the situation:

The Outcast Nation
The Outcasts are our biggest benefactors and our primary source of income. Their Cardamine trade is the backbone of our economy and has allowed the Liberty Rogues to grow to our current size. As such, Outcasts are allowed to roam Liberty freely to supervise the Cardamine trade and escort Cardamine/slave smugglers.

Outcasts are to be treated with respect so long as they treat us with respect. We are no longer under the foot of the Outcasts, we are their business partners. This means respect needs to be mutual. Do not behave rudely towards an Outcast unless they are rude to you.

However, the Outcast Nation's only goals in Liberty involve Cardamine. They do not pirate, they do not antagonise the Liberty Law Enforcement and engage in scirmishes against them. Outcasts that behave in this way are rogue, and we will not associate with them. They may be killed, pirated and ejected from Liberty space at our descression.

Furthermore, our stations do not have the capabilities to support Outcast Capital Ships. Under authority of the 101st we are to deny all docking rights to Outcast Capital Ships (Tridente, Storta, Sarissa and Ranseur class). Tridete class Gunships are to be ordered to leave Liberty Space immediately and escorted from our space. Refusal to comply will be met with swift destruction of the Tridente in question. All Storta, Sarissa and Ranseur are to be eliminated on sight unless marked with Official Colours, we have a zero tolerance policy on Outcast Capital Ships in Liberty.

However shooting Outcasts is not something we do all the time, nor is it something that the Rogues really want to do. We can do it and we will do it... but I am afraid I cannot really say what would happen if the Outcasts decided to come down on the Rogues in full force in a turf war... frankly it should never happen... minor conflict between players should be fine within reason, however if game changing developments happen like the Outcast suddenly going hostile to the LR I think a higher power would have to be called in to fix the situation, it is one of the more important criminal relationships. It however is possible, I would not lie about that, but if the LR and OC relations broke down I doubt it would be about killing some of them in Liberty.
