The Outcasts are not gonna cut off their shipments to their largest market without good reason, and if a few Outcasts do not respect their hosts while in Liberty I think the Dons would view it as more foolish than political treason... it is not like the Rogues are actively hunting and killing Outcasts, only the ones that get out of line. When you go to someone's house you have to show some respect while you are there... if the guys back up on Malta heard you blew up, ask the Rogues about it and find out it was because of something foolish you did in Liberty, I doubt they would hold a grudge against the Rogues.

Well, there's balance really. Allies don't attack allies unless certain parties are breaking rules. If there's a rule between Outcasts and Liberty Rogues about pirating in Liberty, which forbids Outcasts from pirating there then that's fine. I just haven't seen it though, could be under miles of forum RP.

The problem comes when two parties who should be acting as somewhat allies start shooting each other, which is bound to happen with a situation like this. I would like to know what happens to the rule then? How far are either party allowed to go in their rush to get their turf?
