Quote:Price: 75000 - NovaPG ID
Pilot carrying this ID has joined Nova PowerGen. NovaPG ID grants its owner right to scan other ships and demand cargo (not allowed for cruisers and battleships), engage bounty hunters and lawfuls, fulfil bounty contracts, participate in military operations on unlawful side, trade, and commit acts of terrorism. NovaPG ID owners cannot join lawful forces.
Allowed ships: Fighters, Freighters, Gunboats, Cruisers (limited), Battleships (limited)
Carrying unmounted IDs in your ship, as well as not equipping an ID, is a serious crime. Using player faction IDs is not allowed for players who are not members of appropriate faction and for players who were expelled from the faction.
Essentially, this allows the NovaPG to both pirate and terrorize if I am not mistaken. Also, it is not clarified whether or not a battleship or cruiser can attack a trader in an "act of terrorism" or not. If the NovaPG are allowed to terrorise and pirate, then they (in my oh so humble opinion) should only be able to terrorise with fighters. If not, NovaPG battle groups will be able to kill anyone they come across without saying a word, while still having the right to charge them for passage if they need money.
Now, this seems a bit unfair to me, for all the other clans that should be able to do this (like Gaian so-called Eco Terrorists, and most other pirate factions whose underlying objective is to do both.)
I would recommend limiting them to *either* pirateing, or terrorising. Its just not fair on the rest if the NovaPG have the best of both worlds and no one else does.
As an addition: This isn't an opportunity for the BSG or any other anti-NovaPG clan to start slagging off the NovaPG, so if you do it, I will stamp on your fingers. Make all arguments reasoned please, no need for more flames.
