That will uneven the ships. Having only certain ones get torps will have the ones with them much stronger than the others. I think the only ships needing torp slots are cruisers without forward guns.
Unless Igiss makes a special unlimited ammo torp for use with only cap-ships like the missile turrets and just has balanced damage for each ship. We would have to have a different kind of slot so they can't remove it and add a nova.
