SWARM turrets for BS!!! Imagine that. It would be a mess fighting a bs with 21 Swarm turrets firing at once. Hundreds of high-speed missiles fired at a fighter. God, the poor guy will never know what hit them because of the lag:
Frame 1-200: a BS 4K away.
Frame 200-201: A BS firing a lot of missiles. PC becames slow...
Next frame: respawn menu... (and a "player have died" label)
Torpedoes for BS seems a good idea. Most Ships of Sci-Fi have torpedo tubes.
