Just a nit pick from me.

Why are you expecting another player (or group of players) to have a role play reason for the actions of another player?

I am referring to this thread.

As a person who on countless times had to come up with some crappy reason why another player docked with a station affiliated with a faction I lead, I myself find it annoying.

That aside, since it isn't singular to your faction.
Can I ask why the carrier was blown to bits? As far as I am aware these is the current policy on foreign warships:
From that thread I saw no sign in that it resisted. I did see that he was trying to leave Liberty, willingly, at which point he was ordered to stay. I can understand that, there are plenty of role play reasons for asking him to hold on.

I guess what I am getting at is:

-Did he resist?
-If he didn't why did you blow him up?

I am not the pilot in question, just curious about your role play.

The carrier, first off, is not allowed in Liberty, period. Even if he HAD asked [LN] for permission, he would not have gotten it. ONLY they can grant a foreign warship passage through Liberty. We tried to hold him, so we could wait for [LN] to arrive, but he refused, and attempted to flee, numerous times. He docked, then took off again, when faced with our Dreadnought, he opened fire and attempted to shoot his way through. Clearly this person had no idea what they were doing. Even that would be enough, but in addition, he ADMITTED to coming through Alaska/Zone-21, which is in itself grounds for the Navy to blow you to little bits. Had he stopped and waited as we asked, he would have (probably) come out whole, unless [LN] decided to attack him, which would be perfectly reasonable given the situation.

As for the thread, I really don't care if Planetform does anything (Im not even sure if the faction is still active), I was simply doing my RP due diligence. They could ignore it for all I care. If your sick of pirates fleeing to Freeports or something, then take action against it. If you cant think of anything Id be happy to help you come up with ideas.

Quite frankly, it is completely unreasonable for (indie) Zoners to keep doing this and expect to still be treated as neutrals, I have an entire folder, which I will PM upon request, of Aquilons, Corvos, Fearlesses, and Conferences parading through Liberty, smuggling Cardamine and/or Nomads, pirating, or using Alaska as their personal highway. Also, as a final note, please remember, the Treaty of Bethlehem does NOT allow your warships free access to Pennsylvania.
