Today in my city on news a woman in 30's well dumping garbage with 1 hand, talking on cell with other dropped hew cell phone down the garbage chute. Then she jumped in after it, and got stuck for hours. So it made me think.
I myself think to many rely on tech. I have a basic cell phone, use for phone calls only. No text messages/no app's bla bla bla. Desktop only(excluding work laptop) And no other tech toys.

I dunno.

Same story, Engineering student, 1980's, new calculator.

Could have happened. Likely did.
