He didn't complain to you because he dealt with it, and he's a nice guy. This player also lives in continental Europe, and he too, has a great connection. He got it just so that he could play FL. You were lagging on my screen too, but we didn't complain since we ended up taking you down - no point PMing you afterwards going:

That's mean and very impolite, because sometimes, internet service providers have hiccups, and sometimes, your perfect connection takes dives. We don't need you to compensate anyone, why? Because lag happens.
That's why lots of people here, including myself, think your thread is pointless and meanspirited.
Let's put it this way: You don't need to bow down to other players and say, "you're better than me" when they beat you with what you perceive to be lag.
But that doesn't mean that you should go and tell them off either. Instead, keep it to yourself, and know that you lost for reasons other than skill. Know that the outcome of a fight is not a good measure of the skill of a pilot.
