Kudos btw for that bit of RP out there, that was a rather neat surprise to encounter in Tau 23. (though, why this just happens with Outcast characters?)
To the topic:
The Taus are a bad place to be. People change slowly if at all. New players, both miners and Outcasts, don't take it lightly. All is filled with greed and anger. Also what Kanga said (which is prolly the best description for the Taus).
Vee. I am part of the hot chicks, but let me tell you... we all already turned to the organized yet stoned bullies. They're way nicer as the obnoxious foreigner kids.
