PvP on the RP server

I completely agree with Korrd. You cannot have RP without PvP.

Well now see, ya we would get a lot fixed if the PvP was disabled... When it will also just cause more problems;

Good stuff for shutting down PvP for a week;

• 1. All the PvP whores will get bored and leave.

They might, they probaly will just wait for it to be turned on again

2. Everyone will have no choice to dedicate time to RP instead of PvP.

They also could just dedicate more time to other games and wait for PvP to come back, or complain about it till it is back

3. Can get a lot of trading done.

you countered yourself here:

1. The second the PvP comes back online there will be battleships everywhere from people trading like mad.

2. You will have modders/hackers go nuts trying to find out why PvP doesn't work and cause server crashs/player file corruption.

Good piont, hadn't thought of that. What if you logged on and your favorite ship was gone??

3. Some RPs won't get done because it involves violance (As Blunt said)

Some RPers will leave, people that don't think that Freelancer RP would work without it, it would turn into "Harvest Moon: Freelancer"

And then we have what will happen if we just left it is as;

• 1. Everything stays exactly the same. (Now, I'm not sure if thats good or bad really...)
  

Definetly the best option, why fix what's not broken? RP involves PvP, to an extent. The only way I will ever support no PvP RP is if ALL houses, AND pirates are at peace, universal peace. Will it happen? It is likely as it would be in RL
