the Supply Division

Right let me explain this. Orbital Spa and Cruise can't hire everyone to bring needed goods in to bases. No way is this making it a trading faction either. Say both Liners in Kusari and Bretionia need 10000 units of Luxery Conusumer goods, Whilst the Two planets need 15000 units of the same good. Not all of it can be imported by outside contractors, so you have your own shipping department to make sure that they do get enough. I'll also point out NPC OSC transports carry needed supplies. Another point is if someone wanted OSC to make a OSC hotel on there base, say for example Freeport 2, we would haveto bring in the goods to there, and if we can't get enough to there we contract outside contractors to meet those demands. Going further with the example of the Luxury Consumer goods, they don't all sell for the best price's at those locations, thus why the choice was made to make the liner shared. So that anyone could use it, then those earnings all go to rewards for those players who have taken goods to a base where it does not make a profit. Furthermore I put that ahead as a goal to allow players whom roleplay hard, doing escorts, defense, supply runs making little profits to reward them for there time and effort, whilst having something to look forward to each month.

With the so many taggs, I only have this answer. If they are asking questions, they are interested about it, which is agood thing. Furthermore it shows how varied OS&C is, and how the company works. A player will be able to see if the player is transporting something,and can allow them to ask us can you provide us with that to the correct person's, without having to wait a long time for an answer. Next it also allows quick access to know what a problem is about, insteadof having to search rosters on end when something comes up to know which division the problem is addressed too.

And I have no intention of making liners exclusive, I am making them more special, and open to the use for all members of the group at the same time. Those that want to join will say this "I had so much fun working towards something achievable, then being able to have fun using a liner at the end of it. It realy was worth it."

the name for the passanger, liner etc etc, I have not actually been able to pinpoint a actual name for it, that is why this thread is about a drafted idea.
