I hope you will succeed. Also I wonder why Order and many government factions like police are set on "just" unfriendly. We (speaking as Order here) may not hunt you but you will find us more and more aggresive once you come close enough to central Omicrons. Bundschuh and RoS (Reapers of Sirius) also hate slavery, ideological reasons. Can't speak for the Council but I do not think they will tolerate you a tiny bit at all. Daumann may use slaves in Omega-11 (unsure whether this is still valid). Otherwise nicely done and I wish you good luck with your faction.
