But serious now ... you can't blame that they want fun here. Fun can be PvP in Connecticut, reaching the credit limit due to powertrading/powerpirating, or "just" the intended RP with interactions with other people (and hopefully not that "2milorDAI" interaction :rolleyes:)!

Maybe we should add one more paragraph to rule 0.0 to expand our abilities:
everyone is allowed to shot lolwuts, furries and players who destroy your way of having fun every time you see them!

Okay, I'll try to be more serious now ... kinda like being REALLY serious and give some ideas:
more helpful server messages about restart commands and who to talk to when in need (angels, faction members, other players)
get rid of the old server messages and replace them with recitings of the rules (one rule every 10 minutes perhaps?)
add more information about server commands, the Discovery universe and so on to new ships
restrict access of jumpgates/jumpholes to a certain player level
creating a Russians-only server / get rid of the cyrillic letters and replace them with German/French symbols!
turn Pennsylvania into a rookie system only, so NO experienced player can enter this and newbies can learn to RP and cooperate there
smaller, faster updates to the mod (don't wait for 4.85->4.86, but wait for 4.85.2.26->4.85.3.05 each week/month)
reward players helping newbies with credits or special items to encourage help
place unique and huge Guardian-type battlecruisercarrierdestroyers (like in Master Of Orion 2; for experienced role players only) in front of every exit of the system where rookie pilots spawn and let these ships decide on RP questions about how to RP/play on Discovery which player can pass
make sure the first line in every ID states that ooRP abuses will have its consequences
I think that's all what I can think of now ... oh noez ... *Brainstorm deactivated, powering down ... * :wacko:

Michael Kuiper (my RM pilot, then pirate, then smuggler character) was murdered by Liberty Navy forces once in California, and he will NEVER return ... that's what I call dynamic!
Oh, and one last thing:
Don't assume that everyone is a furry-tailed pokemon lolwut in a capship with every possible weapon mounted and no ID speaking Russian in Connecticut:PIt's very possible that these kiddies have just more than one annoying character ^_^
