Misplaced Base details

Most of the time in systems, the modders (inlcuding Igiss) make the base, then copy the base NPCs from the template used. Template is the look of the inside of the base. So for example; Corfu uses the samer template as Freeport 9 I believe. Because it does, the NPCs in Corfu have the same names, rumors, bribes, and news as those in Freeport 9. If you look at the Bartender, you can tell what base the template was used from.

I'm currently working on getting base NPC information packaged in a way I can send it to Igiss. Once I do, I plan to go to all the modded-in bases and fix the NPCs so they say the correct base name, as well as edit the rumors. This will take a VERY long time, so it probably won't happen until after the 4.84 final is released, and I will be modding only a few systems (maybe no systems and only bases) during that between-versions time.
