Red and White tech cells are part of the rules.
They basically govern technology usage for each ID. Technology being guns and ships.
Take a gander at the thread in the rule section if you fancy.
In general though:
White cells mean you need RP permission from the technologies owner to use the tech.
Red cells mean you cannot use the technology. SRPs mean special role-play requests, which essentially allow you to request technology etc that is not normally allowed for the character you are requesting for.
The IMG and CR techs are being split in 4.86
I am assuming they will be White cell to each other.
That doesnt mean the CR doesn't wuv the IMG though, we really are bffs.
In terms of the actual Zephyr, it's up in the air about whether it stays in as it is and simply loses its sale point or if it is replaced directly with the new CR battleship. Probably ought to poke around about that actually.
