Yeah, it'd be really refreshing to see NLH Black Dragons with Del Cids and Black Widows for a change.

I'd say no. Using the same logic, weapon dealers could loot the wreck and sell the Widows to anyone who wants to buy them.
And why not? If they can do it with codenames...
