How to deal/RP with people who don't speak/poorly speak English

dude: <quietly proceeds to tradelane>
*tradelane is shot*
me: I said stop. I'm not going to repeat myself again.
dude: soru no inlish.
me: In that case you wont be able to deliver the goods. Drop them. *starts shooting*
now there are 2 options:
1 - guy dies. simple as that
dude: <some random insult from a random language>
2 - guy suddenly speaks fluent english. sometimes i obviously shoot 'knowledge projectiles'
dude: STOP! What do you want?
me: Oh we can communicate all of a sudden?
dude: Yes. How much?
me: All of that cargo.
dude: No
*guy dies*
