Remove cruise drain.

At least for caps.

Caps have to drop from cruisr maybe 2-3k ftom a fight. That gives someone time to gain distance, lose your intrest, then come back and gang you.

Example:

I had to do that. The Santo Domingo ran away, I switched to Zagam bevause I had to leave cruise early or be vulnerable for....i would been destroyed.

I attacked Zagam, Santo comes back. I go boom.

If I hadnt been forced to leave early, the battle probably wouldnt have been such a disaster.

Pros: Ships with huge power cores that need a long time to rechargrd can be more useful faster.
Cons: idk, there probably are some.

Lower cap prices by 200-300 mill for BS/dreads, 70-90 mill for cruisers/dessies.

Yes, lolwuts will get them faster. But they still get them, even with the high prices.

Pros: People who want to use,a,cap for RP now can.powertrade for less time, and some more RP caps might be,around more.
Cons: um, lolwuts still get caps more than nonlolwuts. So really, that stays the same.

Change heavy wep hardpoint for the,Osiris to front top, not bottom top.
