What do you mean by 'transfer'? If you drop it in an empty system and log on with another char, it will dissappear... no other way.

Standard request posted dozes of times. Remember that this mod intends to preserve Freelancer balance so I cannot replace normal NPCs with advanced ones. Maybe in a few selected places - yes, but you'll have problems finding them.
