Zoners built three BS Advanced and selled them. One to the Order, one to Orbital S&C( :crazy: ) and one to a successful Freelancer. Remains of all three is unknown.
The number of Juggernaughts is unknown.
Zoners main intention is to stay neutral to all. To ensure this, they have to make money and to take benefits of the different conflicts. Would that mean to sell all of their equipment to everyone? NO. They would keep an advantage to other factions for themself. You never know what the future may bring.
Also i cannot imagine, Order is giving high tech to Zoners to sell them to Outcasts or LSF for instance. Outcasts never will give their high tech to Zoners to sell them to Corsairs and so on. They all were giving their high tech to Zoners for support to raise their survival abilities in unknown and Nomad space. Because all of them will take benefits of a safe place in remote space, which Freeports are providing.
Freeport means a safe place in and around the station to chill out, get the ship repaired, get food supply.
It means not a flea market, where you can buy all the high tech, you didn't found anywhere else.
Oh. Zoners are not neutral to all. What is making me crazy is the fact, Zoners are happy, when you kill Bounty Hunters, but sell Bounty Hunter missions on their freeports.
