Okay, so that doesn't actually replace the LPI, and your LAF thing doesn't actually have any police force. So it's just a combination of the LN and the LSF.

The LSF is only covered by the SF part of your LAF thing. So we can cut that out.

So what you're really proposing is some kind of internal division of the LN.

Why, exactly?
