§1. [color=#FF9900]Operational rights of Junker vessels have been reduced to the following limitations:

§1.1. Junker shipping agents are restricted to the undermentioned commodities for transportation inside the Bundesrepublik Rheinland:

Basic Alloy
Consumer Goods
Fertilizers
Food rations
H-fuel
Mining Machinery
Oxygen
Pharmaceuticals
Scrap Metal
Robotic Components
Toxic Waste
Water

§1.2. Junker vessels of the following classes are forbidden to enter and operate in Rheinland and the adjutant border systems:

"Recycler" Super Heavy Fighter
CTE-1900 "Roc" Bomber
Series ZX "Falcata" Bomber
"Pirate" Transport
Pilgrim Liner

Any gunboat or capital- class vessel, with the exception of the Junker Salvage Frigate.

§1.3. Diversion from the above restrictions is a criminal offense and is punishable with sanctions up to field execution.

§1.4. The regulation is to last until 1st January 820 AS, unless the need of a change is pronounced by the Bundestag or the Chancellor.
