Never said it did. I do think how ever that the ships should not be Illegal/KOS. It would be the same as saying all border world ships should be Illegal/KOS just because they are used by alot of outcast's/pirates.

A little off topic,but way i see it is if all pirate trans/trains are Illegal cause alot of "bad guys" use them,then alot of other ships should be the same. Hmmmm... actually strike that. That would make me no better then all the lawful factions banning every ship at present cause it is built in enemy space. I give up. Lets make everything hostile to everything else. Oops... nevermind. Thats already being done to by the Factions.My bad.
