Yay, someone has already posted a link to the Liberty Laws.

So, as far as having a Tigershark is concerned, you are good to go as far as I can see.

Just watch out for the LPI, LN and LNS, who for some reason seem to be intent on pir...um fining people who they believe are breaking the law!

EDIT: I just re-read the Liberty Laws, they use the Wraith as an example. The Wraith is a military ship.

I'm thinking that particular section of the Liberty Laws could use a re-write.

The wiki is out of date. The actual laws say that no Rheinland ships are allowed, they say nothing about military vs non-military.

If I see you in a Rheinland vessel when I'm on my LPI, you can bet that I'm going to do exactly what the laws tell me to do and demand that you leave Liberty. If you don't comply, I'll shoot you. Simple as.
