Fstadt's out of the trade loop for pragmatic and military reasons. On day one, the whole gang RP'd evacuating all already-mined raw minerals off the station to prevent them from potentially falling into RM hands as well as making room for the garrison and their supplies. The station has been militarized and any commercial activity on board - halted for the duration of hostilities.
