Assuming that it is Interspace Commerce that you are representing, of course you are being targeted. Any Lane Hacker that doesn't know to prioritize IC targets over anything other than Ageira and IND deserves a demotion for not having read our abusively voluminous operational manual.

General Guidelines : Demand roughly 500 credits for each ton (unit) of cargo space on the ship
* Ageira Technologies, Interspace Commerce, [IND] : should have their entire cargo loads confiscated or destroyed. Tax them according to the general guidelines ONLY if they have no cargo.
